½ cup melted butter or vegetable oil
1 cup sugar or 2/3 cup agave
1 tsp vanilla
4 over ripe bananas
1 ½ cups flour (1 cup whole wheat and ½ cup white)
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a loaf pan.
Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Beat in butter and sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients. Mix to combine.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. 25 mins for muffins
